Phenolic, Amine Antioxidant
ADPA is one of the most important lubricant antioxidants in use today. We offer AO to replace 57/67 as the primary antioxidant.
2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) is a typical hindered phenol antioxidant, available in both solid particles and liquid forms.
Antioxidants exhibit a synergistic effect, meaning that combining two or more antioxidants delivers enhanced performance compared to using one alone.
Sulfur and phosphorus compounds, as well as sulfur and nitrogen compounds, also exhibit highly effective antioxidant properties.

Antioxidant additives prevent the degradation of lubricants and fuels caused by oxidation. They inhibit oil thickening, minimize sludge formulation, and extend the service life of engine and industrial oils.
The synergistic effect occurs when phenolic and amine antioxidants are combined. Their combined chemical mechanism works more efficiently to neutralize free radicals and decompose hydroperoxides than either antioxidant could achieve on its own.
Liquid antioxidants, such as CheMost_AO57 and AO67, allow for easy blending and handling in liquid lubricant systems. Solid variants like CheMost_BHT and CheMost_PANA offer stable performance in specific greases and specialized industrial formulations.
It is recommended to store antioxidant additives in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, moisture, and incompatible chemical substances to maintain their 2-year shelf-life stability.
The standard MOQ is 25kg. Product samples are available upon request for evaluation and quality verification testing in your application formulation.
